A reflective conversation
HermesCore is the layer between you and any model. You choose the lens it looks through, you choose whether your SoulKey enters the room, and every memory is proposed for your approval before it's written. What you authorize is sent to the AI provider behind that lens only to generate its response — no API key ever lives in this browser.

How your message travels
You → HermesCore → the AI lens you selected → the response comes back to you.
With SoulKey sharing on: your included sections → HermesCore's consent filter → the same lens. Healing & Growth needs its own yes.
Attachments and camera snapshots: a photo, PDF or document you attach travels the same path as your words, on that one message only. It is shrunk in this browser, sent to the lens to generate the reply, and then dropped — not saved on this device, not stored on a server, and never written into your SoulKey. Reloading never resends it; only a short label stays in the transcript.
The lens is an external AI provider — OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or Manus. It receives only what you authorized, and only to generate that reply. No API key ever lives in this browser; HermesCore holds every provider credential on the server.
